Pledging

The decision to make a pledge and participate in this spiritual discipline is deeply personal.  As with every commitment, it involves risk.  St. Mark's encourages its friends, constituents, and members, to act in faith.  If you would like to pledge online, please click here.

The Kingdom of God is at hand and it is us.

To make a pledge is to commit to give a specified amount weekly, monthly, quarterly, or some other interval, over a specified period of time - usually the calendar year. Pledging is for those who understand and believe that giving is a joyful, spiritual discipline.

Over 85% of St. Mark's general budget is funded by pledges. They enable the church to develop and follow a budget because the church can expect a definite amount of money each year. More importantly, pledging enables individuals to practice good stewardship by systematic giving.
