All-Church Work Days (between 8:00am and 12:00pm)

  • Saturday, June 18

Event Help (moving tables, chairs and light cleanup)

  • Easter Sunday, April 24, 5:00am (Sunrise Service setup at Orville Wright Park)
  • On call/As needed

Any Time Help

  • Clean Pew Cushions
  • Repair Folding Chairs
  • Repair Folding Tables
  • Resurface Card Tables
  • Inventory Church Property
  • Touch-up Paint
  • Wash Windows

Skills/Talents for "call when needed"

  • Deliver fliers in church neighborhood
  • Light Cleaning
  • Spring Cleaning
  • Electrician (changing light fixtures, ect)
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Yard Work
  • Other Labor (hose down solar panels, change filters/batteries, ect)

Weekly Help--every week, or by the month (first, second week, ect)

  • Saturday preparation for Sunday
  • Sunday opening of campus
  • Sunday lock down of campus

On-call Office Help

  • Answer Phones
  • Place Phone Calls
  • Prepare Mailings (stuff, label, post)
  • Computer Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Other Preparations (cut, collate, staple, etc)

Office Help for Regularly Scheduled Tasks

  • Markings Crew—stuff, fold, label (last Thursday of the month at 8:30am)
  • Preparation for Sunday (Friday afternoon)
  • Update Red Books (weekly)
  • Computer Data Entry (flexible days)

  • Nursery Care Helper (9:30am)
  • Sunday School Teacher (9:30am)
